Treating Customers Fairly: The following principles are applied
in our business.
1. It is in the culture of management to treat clients fairly by
providing impartial unbiased advice.
2. It is a policy of the business to build long term relationships
and trust with clients, we are not in the selling
of financial products business.
3. The explanation to clients of the risk reward relationship.
4. The explanation to clients of the risk relative to time of various
asset classes.
5. Ample time is dedicated in answering client’s questions
during the entire advice process.
We will maintain improving our services to clients as a continuous
process in our aim to treat our clients fairly. Any feedback from
