Position: Independent Financial Adviser
Location: Aztec West, Bristol, BS32 4NH
Salary: Salary + fee sharing arrangement

We are a directly authorised, family run IFA firm based near Aztec West, Bristol. We currently have two experienced advisers in addition to paraplanning and general back-office support.
We are looking for a new financial adviser to expand the team and have two potential candidate profiles in mind.
Candidate profiles:
Junior/trainee IFA – someone with less than five years’ experience in financial services, preferably a financial advisory firm. This could be in an advice position or in a support role. Ideally the candidate will be level four qualified or close to completion.
No existing clients are required for this role, and we will help with training and support, through shadowing of client meetings and training on how to provide holistic financial advice. The aim of this position is to get the candidate signed off as competent adviser status and seeing clients once ready.
Experienced IFA – someone who has been advising clients for some time and has developed strong client relationships with an expectation that some clients would be able to follow in time.
As well as a strong technical understanding of financial planning and a minimum of level 4 qualification, we are looking for someone who will operate with honesty and integrity who has excellent interpersonal skills.
